Who will deliver my order?

Our umbrellas are delivered to you by Royal Mail throughout mainland UK. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are not able to be available, a card will be left through your door to inform you that your order has been taken to a nearby Post Office. You will then be able to make arrangements to collect your order when convenient to yourself.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately no, not yet.  However we hope to be able to provide this service to you in the near future.

How long will delivery take?

All our umbrellas are hand-made and many require a considerable time to make. We would ask you to allow up to 21 days maximum for delivery from placing your order, subject to availability. If we expect delivery to take longer, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm that you still wish to place the order. We will endeavour to arrange for your order to reach you as quickly as possible and would normally expect it to reach you within 3-5 days of despatch. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the despatch date.

Are there charges for postage and packing?

Our prices are charged in pounds sterling.  A post and packing charge of 4.99 will be added per umbrella for the Regular and 16 Spoke ranges and 3.99 added for the Midi and Mini ranges as an addition to your order total.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch it by contacting us.  Our contact details can be found on the Contact Us page.  As we do not charge for any item until it is despatched you will not have incurred any cost.  Your credit/debit card will not have been charged.

Can I return my order?

We hope that you will be happy with your umbrella but if you feel that you would like a replacement or a refund please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. We know that you will take care to return it to us in the same condition you received it and would recommend you send it recorded delivery.  You will be required to pay postage for the return of the umbrella but any refund will include return of the original postage cost of sending the umbrella to you.  Please contact us either by phone or e-mail if you need any further assistance.
